Our Commitment to Quality
At Leisures Surfwear, we're committed to delivering premium quality products. Because all items are made-to-order specifically for you, we have a limited return policy to reduce waste and maintain sustainability.

Made-to-Order Products
All products are custom-made after you place your order. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Make a Claim
Email us with your order details and supporting evidence. We'll respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Delivery
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
